my trials

1. Daily do one rep in either:
• mission progress,
• new women contact,
• brotherhood/circle expansion.
2. Log rep + emotion shift.

- Notice
- The moment an intrusive thought appears - fear, fantasy, daydream, self-hate, regret, anxiety, mental replay - you interrupt it instantly.
- ReplaceSwap it with one of your pre-chosen mission commands, such as:
- Execute.
- Back to work.
- Stay on path.
- This is noise - discard.
- Forward motion only.
- Return
- Immediately resume the task, project, or responsibility at hand.
- Record Once a Day
- Note the top intrusive pattern you encountered that day and the command you used to override it.

Your answers reveal whether you’re bonded to a woman…
or to the idea of being chosen by her.
Each must be answered Yes/No:
- Do I think about her every day even when I don’t want to?
- Do I replay past moments because reality no longer gives me new ones?
- Do I feel like no other woman could ever compare to her?
- Do I fear she’ll be replaced (by me or others) more than I fear losing myself?
- Do I tolerate disrespect or inconsistency because I’m scared she’ll leave?
- Do I fantasize about “what we could’ve been” more than I look at what actually happened?
- Do I feel a spiritual or “soul connection” that seems irrational or one-sided?
- Do I check her socials or wait for her messages like a hit of dopamine?
- Do I feel physically anxious when she pulls away or goes silent?
- Do I imagine that “she’s the only one” even without strong evidence?
- Do I shrink parts of myself to stay “safe” or avoid pushing her away?
- If she disappeared forever tomorrow, would it feel like losing myself rather than losing a relationship?
- Do I feel chosen by her more than I feel aligned with myself?
Remaining Tasks
- Answer all 12 Yes/No prompts.
- Count your total “Yes” answers.
- Based on your score, diagnose yourself:
- Love (0–3)
- Attachment (4–7)
- Addiction (8–12)
- Write a brief reflection:
- “What fantasy am I addicted to?”
- “Where am I outsourcing my validation?”
- “What would reclaiming myself look like?”

1. For 7 days observe one real interaction daily (you/others).
2. Note:
• what the woman said she wanted,
• what she actually responded to.
3. Write one lesson per day.

1. Write 10 lies you absorbed about women/relationships.
2. Next to each, write the real pattern you’ve observed.
3. Circle the top 3 lies still affecting your behavior.

1. Write “The next 12-month mountain is ______.”
2. Define 3 identity upgrades required.
3. Choose a 30-day starting protocol.

1. List your top 5 “wins.”
2. For each, write:
• what you expected it to give,
• what it actually gave,
• what stayed empty.
3. Extract the one unmet need that repeats.

1. Do 5 boredom sessions of 30 minutes:\
• no phone, no music, no tabs, no entertainment.
2. Only allow thinking or writing.
3. Record what surfaced.

1. Pick 3 weapons (examples):
• training
• reading
• silence/solitude
• early wake
• cold exposure
• social reps
• deep work
2. Execute all 3 daily.
3. Log compliance each day.

1. Daily do one abundance rep:
- talk to a new woman, (platonic, aloof and sincere, don't cross lines.)
- speak in front of a crowd,
- deepen mastery in mission,
- improve physique,
- expand social circle.

1. Write 10 jealousy triggers (events, men, situations, apps).
2. For each, write the insecurity under it.
3. Rate each 1–10 intensity.

1. Immediately at the initiation of any fight: brief, direct and mindful communication only, no justifying after.
2. If pushed, repeat calmly or disengage.
3. Direct your focus to something positive that's either productive or relaxing depending on your context.
4. Log urges to explain and what you did instead.

1. When conflict sparks, do 3 slow breaths + silence for 10 seconds before speaking.
2. Keep calm and relax, just take your time. Speak calmly and with mindful brevity.
3. Log each conflict rep and what changed in the tone.

1. Daily: hold eye contact with 5 people in real life for 3–5 seconds longer than comfort.
2. No smirk, no apology, no staring - just grounded stillness.
3. Log each rep and your internal reaction.

- Film yourself walking into a room + standing still for 30 seconds
- Watch it and mark weak tells: shoulders, head tilt, hands, fidgeting, speed, eye darting
- Write a “dominant baseline” checklist (3–5 posture rules).
- Re-film with the new baseline.

- Pick a simple training split you can follow.
- Train minimum 4 sessions/week for 3 weeks.
- After each session:
- note mood before vs after
- note one discipline lesson
- Take:
- Day 1 photo
- Day 21 photo

- Every time a thought loop begins:
- say internally: “Exiled.”
- shift focus instantly to a chosen anchor:
- breathing count
- a task
- a physical rep
- Meditation / Journaling time
- Track each thought loop in a tally.
- Each day aim to reduce the tally by 10–20%.
- End each day with a 5-minute reflection:
- what triggered loops?
- what reduced them?

- Speak to / approach at least 10 women (live or online with intent).
- No emotional dumping, no “ex stories,” no validation seeking.
- Your only goal is reps and calibration:
- presence
- flirtation
- non-reactive vibe
- Log each rep:
- where
- what happened
- what you learned

- Write 2 lists:
- “Where I was AFC” (minimum 10 points)
- “What an Alpha version of me would do instead” (minimum 10 points)
- Pick 3 Alpha replacements to train this month.
- Post one sentence vow:
- “I will not waste this heartbreak.”

- Do not burn photos, defriend, post subtweets, make speeches, or run rituals.
- If you already unfollowed/reacted in emotion:
- stop further symbolic actions.
- Each day, log:
- any symbolic urge
- what it was trying to “prove”
- what you did instead.
- Replace the energy with one neutral action:
- gym
- work block
- brotherhood rep
- cold shower
- Meditation / Leisure or Social time
.jpeg)
- List your 10 most frequent contacts.
- Mark each:
- Builder
- Neutral
- Parasite
- Create a cut plan for parasites (distance, boundaries, exit).
- Identify 3 higher-grade men/rooms/UM Squad to enter this month.
- Take the first step to enter one (DM, invite, event).
.jpeg)
- Enter 5 social situations this week where you normally stay passive.
- In each one, do one deliberate act:
- initiate conversation
- tease lightly
- tell a story
- hold eye contact without flinching
- Write 1 lesson from each rep.

- Audit your last 30 posts/stories/comments.
- Mark each as:
- Dominant/intentional
- Neutral
- Validation-seeking / weak
- Delete or archive all weak signal.
- Write your new 3-rule posting code (what you post, why, and what you never post).

- No likes/comments on thirst traps or attention bait.
- No “explaining yourself” online.
- Only post/comment when it serves:
- mission
- brotherhood
- deliberate humor/edge
- Log daily urges to validate.

- Define 30-day targets in 4 areas:
- Body/health
- Work/money
- Social life/brotherhood
- Women/dating abundance
- Choose one daily non-negotiable per area.
- Schedule them.
- Start within 24 hours and log Day 1.

- Delete / mute / archive all contact channels.
- Zero initiation. Zero checking her socials.
- Every urge → log:
- Trigger
- What you did instead
- Post a Day 1 vow in your War Log.
- Post a Day 14 report.

- Write a timeline of the relationship from start → end.
- List the top 5 turning points where attraction or respect shifted.
- Identify:
- 3 ways you lost frame
- 3 ways she lost respect
- Write the sentence:
- “This ended because ________.”

- Schedule the Weekly Review Ritual permanently.
- Run your first review using your template.
- Decide one trim/double-down action from the review.

- Choose a recurring Money Move frequency:
- Daily (best) or Weekly (minimum).
- Schedule it permanently.
- Run the first session immediately.

- Choose ONE Empire Acquisition:
- Hire leverage: hire/contract someone to remove a bottleneck or multiply output.
- Asset leverage: acquire a real asset (audience, list, site, IP, template bank, distribution property).
- Deep R&D build: create a serious system/product/prototype or automation that takes 1–2 weeks and upgrades future scale.
- Commit money/time publicly (inside Skool or your own log).
- Execute the acquisition and lock it in writing/action.
- Write an Empire Before/After:
- Previous ceiling
- Acquisition made
- New ceiling + what this unlocks over 12 months.

- Choose ONE Dominance Acquisition:
- New offer shipped: a new package/product/service with a price and clear promise.
- Distribution foothold: secure a new channel (affiliate, creator collab, newsletter shout, platform).
- Acquisition machine: build a lead funnel or outbound system that runs weekly.
- Pricing leverage: restructure or raise prices in a way that changes revenue geometry.
- Launch it live (not drafted).
- Get one real market signal:
- a click, reply, call booked, sale, or partnership confirmation.
- Write a Dominance Report:
- What you shipped
- Where it lives
- First market signal
- One improvement you’ll make next.

- Choose ONE Starter Acquisition from any category:
- Tool acquisition: buy/commit to one tool that saves time or unlocks a new capability.
- Procedure acquisition: create and install one SOP/ritual that reduces chaos.
- Skill acquisition: a micro-skill with clear ROI (e.g., ad setup, sales script, editing pipeline).
- System acquisition: a simple automation/workflow that now runs without you.
- Ship it within 72 hours.
- Make it irreversible (paid, scheduled, installed, documented, or live).
- Write a before/after leverage note:
- Before: the bottleneck
- After: the upgrade
- New leverage: how output changes.

This trial forces you to take one irreversible step that adds leverage to your business:
Not “planning to expand.”Not “thinking about changing.”Acquiring. Committing. Locking in.
You walk out of this trial with a business that is bigger, sharper, or more inevitable than it was a week ago.
- a new asset
- a new capability
- a new procedure
- a new product or service avenue
- a new market foothold
- or a serious R&D commitment that upgrades how the whole system operates.
Step 1 - Choose your Acquisition Type
Pick ONE of these routes:
A) Hard Acquisition (asset / capability / leverage gain)
Examples:
- hire a contractor or team member who removes a bottleneck
- buy a tool/service that unlocks a new revenue stream
- acquire a small asset (site, audience, list, template, IP)
- secure a new distribution channel (affiliate, partner, creator)
- add a new paid offer / package to your business stack
B) R&D Commitment (new system you build that changes output)
Examples:
- build a new automated workflow (n8n, Make, SOP)
- create a repeatable acquisition machine for clients/users
- build a new product prototype or MVP slice
- design a new lead funnel or sales process and ship it live
C) Procedural Commitment (new rule that upgrades geometry)
Examples:
- set a permanent weekly numbers ritual + reporting
- implement a hard “command seat rule” for decisions
- institute a new operational rhythm (daily outreach, weekly ship-day)
- formalize your business as a machine with roles and rights
Step 2 - Make it Irreversible
Whatever you choose must be locked in so it can’t be “undone by mood.”
Irreversible =
- money spent
- contract signed
- asset shipped live
- SOP installed and adopted
- new recurring ritual scheduled and executed at least once
- public commitment inside Skool
Step 3 - State the New Geometry
Write a simple before/after statement:
- Before: what the business lacked / where geometry was weak
- After: what you acquired / built / locked in
- New leverage: how this changes your power, scale, or speed

- Design a simple weekly template including:
- Income this week
- Top 3 expenses
- What to trim / what to double down on
- Schedule a permanent 30-minute slot to run it.

- Choose ONE area:
- Tools
- Labour
- Ads / acquisition
- Improve efficiency by:
- Combining tools, or
- Simplifying process, or
- Reallocating spend to higher output.
- Record the before → after.

- Choose at least 3 expenses marked No/Unsure.
- Do one of:
- Cancel
- Downgrade
- Replace with cheaper/better alternative
- Log the savings.

- For every expense line, add:
- “What is this supposed to achieve?”
- “Is it actually helping?” (Yes / No / Unsure)
- Highlight “Unsure” or “No” items.

- Export/list last 30 days of:
- Business expenses
- Personal recurring costs that support the grind (SaaS, tools, ads, subscriptions).
- Put them into one sheet/list.

- Write answers:
- “Which skills will I outsource instead of trying to master?”
- “What part of being a businessman must I grow next?”
- Turn both answers into one decision you’ll execute next month.

- Each day for 14 days, log:
- What you did
- How many people you contacted
- Replies / sales / signals
- Keep it ugly and real.

Trial Tasks:
- For 14 days straight:
- Spend 120 focused minutes on your Money Moves.
- No research, no admin, no polishing. Only:
- Contact → Offer → Close.

- Choose 1–3 direct revenue actions for the next 14 days, e.g.:
- Send offers/proposals
- Follow up leads
- Launch paid product/service
- Raise prices / restructure offer
- Write them as clear daily tasks.

- Identify one project/partnership that is dead weight.
- Decide:
- End it, or
- Restructure into clear geometry (who leads, who supports, who gets paid).
- Execute the decision within 7 days.

- Arrange an explicit conversation with collaborators/partners.
- State your role clearly:
- Lead / Specialist / Stepping back.
- Clarify decision rights:
- Who has final say on product?
- Who has final say on money?
- Who has final say on people/hiring?
- Confirm agreement or note resistance.

- Choose the one project you care about most.
- Answer in writing:
- “If this were a pyramid, who should be at the top?”
- “What would need to change for that to be real?”
- State clearly what happens if the change doesn’t happen.

- List every active project/business you’re currently in.
- For each project, write:
- Who thinks they’re equal partners?
- Who actually does most of the work?
- Who has final say in practice?
- Circle any project where power/authority is unclear.

.avif)
Duration: 7 days.
Instructions:
- Choose one affirmation (e.g. “I’m disciplined”).
- Every time you say it, do a micro‑action proving it (push‑ups, cold shower, delete distraction).
- Log each pairing.

Spend one full month actively curating your appearance, posture, voice tone, and online presence as if you are the most powerful man in your city in one specific realm of power.
Every word, email, post, and gesture must align with this image covertly.

List every area of your life where you’re dependent (job, relationship, friendships, subscriptions). For each one, identify at least one concrete way to build leverage or an exit option within 180 days.
Log comprehensively and execute any oter trials that will assist completion.

For one week, deliberately introduce unpredictability into your routine and interactions. Delay a text, change a plan, show warmth where you’d be cold, and vice versa.

Write a one‑page “Power Script” of how you want the world to see you. Over the next week, speak, act, and post exclusively as that version of you.
Bonus : Repeat this once a week per month for 3 months. Post journey progress in the community.

Audit your digital presence (IG, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and delete or archive everything that projects weakness, neediness, or confusion. Replace with two power‑aligned posts.

Identify one negotiation, relationship, or interaction where you’ve been “needy.” Withdraw slightly and re‑enter only on your terms.
Plan an alternate path with a potential outcome better than your current position in case re-entry within your frame is not possible on attempt.
Log the plan before re-entry and the process and result afterwards.

For 30 days take every opportunity to enter social settings and speak 50% less than usual. Let posture, eye contact, and silence project authortitative calm.

Identify one toxic connection or habit that drains your energy. Sever it cleanly. No half‑measures.

Spend one full day refusing to ask for validation or approval (no “does this look good?” “what do you think?”). Make every decision unilaterally.

Plant three subtle “power signals” in your environment this week (appearance, story, or achievement hint). Let others discover it without you explaining.

Disappear from one of your normal social channels or groups for 7 days without explanation.

During one heated discussion, refuse to defend, justify, or explain. Only state your position once and go silent.

Write down one area of life where you’ve been “waiting for the right time.” Act on it within 48 hours, regardless of readiness.

- During those 7 days, redirect that energy into a personal project.

- Choose one classic book or dense source.
- Read 5 pages/day for 14 days, no skipping.

- For 7 days, every time you hit friction (gym, work, social), whisper or write “Push Through” and keep going 10 minutes longer.

- Pick a goal you’ve been doubting.
- Commit to a 30‑day streak of daily action with no visible reward.
- Track only the action, not the outcome.

- Write a list of people, projects, or habits you’re trying to “fix” but know you should drop.
- Cut or pause at least one within 48 hours.

- For one week, every time you think “I’m done” (push‑ups, writing, calls, reading, work), do one more rep/session/hour/page/call.

- Pick one stalled area of your life (fitness, content, sales, learning).
- Double your effort for 30 consecutive days (double reps, double outreach, double practice time).

- Hand‑write your own one‑page Oath, stating what you will burn, what you will build, and what you will no longer tolerate.
- Sign and date it.
.avif)
- Do a 3-minute speech in a public space or on live video about something personal.
.avif)
- Identify 5 things you think an “Alpha” would do that you avoid.
- For 5 days, do one each day regardless of feelings.
.avif)
- Collect 20 rejections (numbers, offers, pitches) as fast as possible.
- You must attempt to succeed but only count the rejections.
.avif)
- Write a one-page letter to your fear, calling it out as an external parasite, telling it you hate it, promising to starve it.
- Burn or tear the paper after.
.avif)
- Identify your personal “womb” - the safe environment or habit you use to avoid the world.
- Go cold turkey on that crutch for 48 hours.
.avif)
- Before a high‑anxiety action, do a 2‑minute visualization of your worst-case future if you never act (the “50‑year-old cat guy” scenario).
- Then act.
- Do this 3 times in real scenarios.
.avif)
- Sleep without your usual comfort (no phone, no streaming, minimal bedding).

.avif)
- Choose one small fear.
- Attack it daily for 7 days, escalating the intensity each day.

.avif)
- Approach 10 strangers in one day (men or women).
- Ask for something small (directions, a compliment, a selfie).
.avif)
- For 7 days, every time fear rises (heartbeat, hesitation), do the exact opposite of what you want to do: approach, speak, post, volunteer, raise your hand.
- Minimum: 3 reversals per day.
