“Purge the soul leeches.”

Instructions:

1. Delete all social media apps from your phone for 7 days minimum.
2. Write down how many times you instinctively reached for them.
3. For every time, do 25 pushups and write one sentence of a manifesto titled “Why I No Longer Belong to the Algorithm.”
4. At the end of 7 days, post your manifesto (even anonymously) on the UM community feed or Skool, or privately in your notes. Burn it into your subconscious.
