  4. Rewrite any negative one into a powerful form on the spot.

  1. Whenever someone says something negative, you must respond only with a positive counter‑statement.

Write a one‑page “Power Script” of how you want the world to see you. Over the next week, speak, act, and post exclusively as that version of you.

Audit your digital presence (IG, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and delete or archive everything that projects weakness, neediness, or confusion. Replace with two power‑aligned posts.

Identify one negotiation, relationship, or interaction where you’ve been “needy.” Withdraw slightly and re‑enter only on your terms.
