“Thoughts become Things”
There’s been a recent eruption in literature about the creative power of thought.
I can vouch for it myself, and I’m sure a million other people can too, but you won’t understand it until you try it yourself.
Your mind is the most powerful asset you will ever own. In one way or another, all the problems you have are caused by your own mind, and they can be solved by your mind.
Start using your most valuable tool more often.
THINK POSITIVELY.
Every day, consciously tell yourself that you’re an Alpha Male.
Tell yourself that you want to change your life. That you are GOING to work out today, that you WILL be rich, that you’re going to be lucky, that you’re fearless, confident, good looking, and most importantly that you’re happy.
Write it down, spray paint it on your window, do whatever you can.
Cut out negative thoughts.
Start by stopping yourself before you say stuff like “dam today sucked” or “work is so hard” or “I hate my boss.”
Make sure you ONLY say positive things.
Even when people are telling you FML stories about how much their life sucks, just think about how good yours is rather than letting them suck you down into a pit of depression.
At first it may seem silly to you to have to force yourself to think a certain way, but that’s natural.
If you’re like the millions of losers out there, then you’re in a habit of thinking negatively about your life.
Think about it, when my friends get together for a beer, the first topic they talk about is how much work sucks and how much better life would be if they were millionaires.
Your habit of thinking negatively will NOT change by itself.
You need to FORCE it to change.
If you think you’re insecure, keep telling yourself that you’re confident.
Eventually, your mind will accept it at all levels of consciousness, you’ll start believing it, and you’ll actually become confident.
You may think it’s silly to have to consciously think that you are an Alpha Male, but eventually, it will become a part of your NATURAL train of thought, and then you won’t have to force it out.
As your mind becomes more accustomed to thinking positively, you will subconsciously begin to think positively and weed out your negative thoughts. You’ll be more confident, you’ll be able to think more clearly, and you’ll be happier in general.
TRUST ME, this works.
If you want to make changes to yourself, your relationship, or any aspect of your life, start by thinking about the change in positive ways.
TELL YOURSELF that you will overcome all the obstacles in your path, and you’ll start believing it.
If you’re upset that your girlfriend dumped you, TELL yourself that you WILL get over her, and you WILL find someone better.
If you want to change the world, start by changing yourself. And if you want to change yourself, start by changing how you think.
